MOST_Call for inputs on Draft Decree guiding Law on Product and Goods Quality_Deadline: 22 September 2025

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has recently released a Draft Decree guiding the implementation of the Law on Product and Goods Quality and is now seeking public comments. The Draft is expected to have significant implications for enterprises, particularly foreign-invested manufacturers, with provisions covering the Digital Product Passport, country-of-origin labeling requirements, a QR code e-labeling portal, and more.
