VBF_MIC Draft Law on Digital Technology Industry

Dear AusCham Members and Friends,

The Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC) has released the Draft Law on Digital Technology Industry (click HERE) for public comments. The Draft Law regulates key contents on:

  • Digital technology industry activities and digital technology products and services
  • Promoting the development of the digital technology industry
  • Promoting and developing digital technology products and services
  • State management of the digital technology industry
