Adrian Robertson is a construction industry leader with nearly 30 years of experience across Australia’s manufacturing and building supply sectors, including executive leadership of businesses exceeding AUD $200 million in annual revenue. With deep expertise in timber, prefabrication, and construction supply chains, he understands the structural challenges facing the industry, from labour shortages to productivity pressures and material flow constraints.

Now based between Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City as CEO and Co-Founder of MyTeam, Adrian is developing structured pathways that connect Australian construction material supply with skilled Vietnamese technical labour. Through university partnerships and workforce development programs, he focuses on delivering sustainable, long-term solutions that strengthen both economies.

In addition to his business leadership role, Adrian serves as AusCham Vietnam’s Central Region Representative, supporting member engagement and strengthening commercial, investment, and policy connections between Australia and Central Vietnam. Working closely with businesses, government stakeholders, and industry partners, he is committed to advancing opportunities for bilateral trade and investment across the region.

Adrian believes AusCham can play a strategic role in shaping the next phase of Australia–Vietnam construction collaboration and is committed to contributing practical industry insight, governance experience, and long-term investment in Vietnam.
