Natalie assumes the role of AusCham Vice President in 2024-25.

Natalie is a senior executive leader with extensive international experience and global connections across the business and non-profit sectors.

A commercial lawyer by background and a governance specialist, Natalie started her career in Australian corporate law firms, followed by senior executive management roles in the property sector. Natalie has developed a reputation for her ability to; build strong connections across diverse groups, deliver strategic planning guidance and help drive great workplace cultures. Natalie is known for her energy and integrity.

Natalie currently runs her own management consultancy, Ascending Strategies, providing governance and strategic advice to boards and senior executives. Based in Hanoi, but working in Vietnam and Australia, her recent work has included advising clients in the fintech, education and property sectors, and working as an advisor to the board of an international children’s foundation. 

Natalie is a graduate and international member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
