12.10: ClosingAbout speaker: Nguyen Minh KhoiMr. Khoi is currently working as Public Financial Management Program Manager at USAID Governance for Inclusive Growth (GIG) Program, which focuses on expansion of market reforms, institutional modernization, and global integration.
Before moving to GIG, he was a Division Deputy Director at International Cooperation Dept., Ministry of Finance (MOF) of Viet Nam. His work linked in policy formation in wide range of issues, from fiscal policy, taxation policy and guidelines and policy discussion with enterprises. He also involved profoundly of regional financial integration and cooperation architectures. During the time at the MOF Viet Nam, he has been sent to the ASEAN+3 Macroeconomic Research Office (AMRO) for one-year working in Singapore.
Khoi also had experience in consultancy service for private sector. He achieved the Master Degree in Public Economics from Hitotsubashi University in Japan, and graduated from University of Business and Economics in Ha Noi National University.
