Victoria Nguyen - Managing Director, William KaineVictoria Nguyen immigrated to Sweden with her family when she was 6 and studied for an engineering degree in mechanical design and project management at the Halmstad University. With her entrepreneurship spirit, she decided to open her own restaurant business after graduation, developing it from a small business into a chain of three large and well established restaurants in Sweden. Later she realized, her heart was, in fact, with fashion. She decided to follow her passion, stopped her restaurant business and moved into the fashion industry. After only one year in the industry, she became the Brand Store Director for Eton Shirts and managed the team that opened their first store in Vietnam. Her coming-back-to-Vietnam journey started from there.   After a few adventures, including developing smart watch products for a local mobile brand in Vietnam, Qmobile, she brought William Kaine to life, a result of years of work and research into product development. The William Kaine brand fulfills her passion in fashion and her desire to introduce innovative products to the young generation who love fashion, creativity and sustainability in Vietnam. Through William Kaine, she wants to create a long lasting impact and contribute her quota to the sustainable development of the country with her business and philanthropy expertise. In October, witnessing what happened in central Vietnam, she mobilized nearly $25,000 from her own network of friends and took her trip to the affected areas to provide essential foods and items to the people who lost everything from the typhoons.
