To mark Pride Month in Vietnam, the Australian Consulate-General in Ho Chi Minh City and the Australian Chamber of Commerce are proud to partner to deliver a breakfast panel discussion as part of the AusCham Chats series.
Businesses play a critical role in supporting and advancing diverse and inclusive workplaces, including for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and intersex (LGBTI) people around the globe.
The “AusCham Chats: VietPride 2020 - Inclusive leadership for business success” breakfast panel discussion will bring together business leaders to reflect on their experiences championing inclusive workplaces, and the successes of this approach across jurisdictions (including Vietnam, Australia and beyond).
Mr Paul Huynh (Head of People, Performance & Culture, Asia Pacific, KPMG) and Mr Simon Pugh (CEO, QLM Group) will share their experiences in fostering safe and supportive workplace cultures, where employees are respected, valued and are empowered to bring their whole selves to work. Australian Consul-General Julianne Cowley will moderate the discussion.
Entry is by donation (VND 50,000), with proceeds supporting the ICS Center Vietnam & VietPride.
