KOTO Class 29 Lunch Assessment

[Standard Disclaimer: This event is not an AusCham event. It is promoted in good faith below as an event that may or may not be of interest to AusCham’s members.]

What happen at the assessment?

Every KOTO's trainee is requested to have a final assessment before graduating where they come as a group, design menu, costing, and running the whole kitchen themselves like a professional restaurant with time and budget constraints.

Guests like you are indeed important to KOTO's lunch assessment as you together with KOTO teachers/BOD and Box Hill Institute will be marking on their quality and services during your dining. We appreciate participation of our class 29 trainees and give them the feedbacks needed for them to improve, learn and grow.

Thank you so much for your kind support to KOTO always.
