Seminar on Management of Construction Projects & Dispute Resolution Process

Disputes between employer and contractor in a construction project can seriously prolong the construction period and significantly increase the project cost. Therefore, to adequately and efficiently manage construction projects in order to minimize and best prepare for potential disputes is a key element for the success of a project. Another key element for success is knowing how to properly handle disputes if and when they arise. On April 10, AmCham, AusCham and EuroCham invite our members to a seminar focused on providing reasoned solutions for better management of construction projects and the dispute resolution process. This seminar features presentations from a team of experienced attorneys from Allens to discuss strategies for avoiding or minimizing disputes. They will also describe the factors to consider when drafting arbitration clauses and how to manage disputes as they arise to ensure the time, cost and resources in dealing with disputes is minimized.
