Vietnam Business Forum is an on-going policy dialogue between the Government and business community aiming at a favorable business environment and a sustainable economic development in Vietnam.
VBF Consortium, in collaboration with Ministry of Planning & Investment (MPI), International Finance Corporation (IFC) and the World Bank Group (WB) in Vietnam will be holding the Midterm Vietnam Business Forum 2018. Under the theme: Linkage between domestic and FDI businesses - Partnership for mutual benefit, the Forum focuses on 3 main topics including: walking up the value chain, facing technological challenge, and financing sustainable growth.In the context that the Government of Vietnam is taking efforts to improve legal framework, promote effective legal enforcement and is preparing to review 30 years of foreign direct investment (FDI) attraction in Vietnam, this prominent activity would be the opportunity to express strong commitment of the Government in collaboration with business community to enhance more effective and sustainable investment environment in Vietnam, to evaluate the FDI policies and relevant recommendation for further development.
