To mark the occasion of PRIDE Month around the world, we would like to invite you to a panel discussion engaging AmCham, AusCham, and the Vietnam Corporate PRIDE Network to talk about what Vietnam PRIDE can mean in our community and workplace. With help from panelists who represent Vietnamese and foreign businesses, we will explore the context of LGBTQI+ issues in Vietnam and how we all can be more inclusive and effective allies of the LGBTQI+ community.

ICS’s mission is to empower the community to speak up and advocate for their legitimate human rights, through thousands of activities such as training, seminars, public events, capacity building, and empowerment, and consulting services for partners in all sectors. On a regional level, ICS is also the member of International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex Association, Asia region (ILGA Asia), a member of Asia Marriage Equality Coalition, and the Equal Rights Coalition.

The Network brings together corporate organizations and leaders to raise awareness and promote inclusive workplace cultures and initiatives where LGBTI people can be themselves and are valued in their employment. Gregory TestermanCEO, Testerman Advisory LLC and Co-Chair, AmCham ESG CommitteeGreg’s thirty-year career in international Corporate & Investment Banking spans four continents and all of the world’s major banking centers and capital markets. After training at JP Morgan Chase’s New York headquarters and in Europe, he worked seventeen years with Banco Santander throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America, including as Chief Executive and Country Manager of Santander’s bank in Japan – with responsibility for Southeast Asian markets – and Chief Executive for Santander’s Miami branch, responsible for correspondent banking, trade finance, and structured trade throughout Latin America. He spent nine years as Treasurer and Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets for the Foreign Trade Bank of Latin America (“Bladex”), a supranational development bank. Throughout his banking career, Greg has specialized in building new businesses, and turning around challenged ones.
Dinh Hong HanhLawyer and Member of Board of Directors, ICSDinh Hong Hanh is a human rights promoter and community organizer in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. A civil lawyer by training, Hanh switches to not-for-profit sector where she applies legal knowledge in her social activism and community organization. Currently, her primary work revolves around the following tasks: offering policy consultancy for non-governmental organizations (NGOs), non-profit organizations and civil society organizations (CSOs); providing teaching and training courses related to human rights and associated laws; pro bono consulting to disadvantaged groups in related legal cases. From the September 2012 to September 2015, Hanh worked as a legal officer at ICS, the leading LGBT advocacy center in HCMC. Since the end of 2015 till now, Hanh participated in various in-depth human rights activities emphasizing on human rights education for university students, community groups and CSOs. Since April 2016, Hanh co- founded the Independent Human Rights Advisors (IHRA), a coalition between young professionals and lawyers in Ho Chi Minh City to research and provide consultancy on policy and human rights issues. IHRA’s activities are also aimed to calling for participation, contributing and connecting legal experts with social development goals and supporting vulnerable groups.
Paul HuynhHead of People, Performance, Culture, Asia Pacific at KPMGPaul is responsible for management of the PPC Group (People, Performance, and Culture) across KPMG in Asia Pacific, which encompasses 12 countries including Australia, Vietnam & Cambodia. In his current role, he is responsible for working with the senior leadership team to drive all aspects of HR including Talent Management, Organisation Design & Development, Employee Engagement and Learning & Development. He has been with KPMG for 11 years and possesses over 17 years of professional experience working with large global companies within Australia, Vietnam and Asia Pacific.
Paul is a passionate supporter, and advocate for Inclusion and Diversity – having championed several initiatives and programs to promote gender and LGBTQ+ equality such as the launch of the inaugural Pride@KPMG network in Vietnam and Cambodia.
Linh LePrincipal & Co-Founder, LuxperiaAn award winning marketing and business development specialist in the luxury segment of the travel industry, Lĩnh Le retains a fondness for public speaking with specialty on subjects that include leadership, marketing strategy and sustainability in the travel sector and (of course) Vietnam/SE Asia as inbound destinations. Lĩnh has delivered press conferences around the world (notably) as Trade Representative for the Chairman of Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (VNAT) at the World Travel Mart Travel Conference (WTM), ITB (Singapore and Germany); along with acting as Master of Ceremony at each International Vietnam Roadshow between 2016 and 2018.
Minh LeAssociate, Baker McKenzieAt Baker McKenzie, Minh specializes on various regulatory matters in the fields of technology, IT and communications, including e-commerce, online advertising, online contents, cybersecurity and data privacy advisory.
She also serves as a part-time translator for ICS, translating documents and articles relating to LGBT rights, including the Yogyakarta Principles on the Application of International Human Rights Law in relation to Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity.

Simon FraserExecutive Director, AusCham VietnamSimon Fraser is the current Executive Director of the Australian Chamber of Commerce Vietnam and is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Simon has been living and working in Vietnam for 14 years in General and Operations Management across media, BPO, RPO and Recruitment industries. He has spent almost 18 years working across the Asia Pacific region and has a deep cultural understanding of living and doing business in one of the most populated regions on the globe.
Originally from Melbourne Australia, Simon was educated at University of Melbourne and holds a Degree in Business Management & Marketing. He commenced with AusCham Vietnam in May 2019 with a focus on sponsorship, memberships, engagement with local and Australian business by open dialogue and communication.
Van LyPartner, Raise Partners and Co-Secretary, AmCham ESG CommitteeVan is a partner at Raise Partners, a collaborative consulting practice bringing together expertise to share with organizations that contribute to the betterment of humanity. She has 20 years of experience working in both the private sector in branding and communications and business development and the nonprofit sector in fundraising, communications, and program management. Van currently serves as Co-Secretary for AmCham Vietnam’s ESG Committee.
Van has a master’s degree in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from American University in Washington D.C.
