In order to present the new issues of Decree No 86/ND-CP/2018 dated 6/6/2018 on foreign investment for education and training and facilitate further foreign investment and promote the cooperation between Vietnamese education institutions and counterparts and foreign investors, the Ministry of Education and Training will hold a conference on Thursday 4 October in Hanoi in which the universities / schools / businesses could share their mutual experiences, information and cooperation opportunities.
