Reservation procedure:

• AusCham members can reserve accommodations via email at HB2Q9@accor.com or by calling 0297 392 777.
• The individual making the reservation is required to provide personal information, submit photos of their AusCham membership card, and provide payment details to confirm the booking.
• Upon check-in at the resort, the person who made the reservation must present their AusCham membership card. The name on the membership card must match the name on the personal identification document (ID card/passport). If not, the resort will apply the regular room rate (without any discount).
• Room reservations can be canceled or modified up to 7 days before the check-in date without incurring any charges. After this 7-day period, if a cancellation is made, guests will be responsible for paying the fee for the first night's stay.
