The NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam (NAB Vietnam) is part of NAB’s Technology & Enterprise Operations division, helping to deliver innovative technology which improves the experience of our 10 million plus customers. Our mission at NAB Vietnam is to connect the talents of Vietnam to NAB – together improving the lives of those in the Vietnam technology community.

After four years since its establishment, NAB Vietnam has achieved significant successes, expanding its scale with three offices in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and doubling its workforce in the past 18 months.

In 2023, NAB Vietnam was certified as a "Great Place to Work" and received "Fast Enterprise" Award by Asia Pacific Enterprise Award.

In addition to its significant growth and industry recognition, NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam is committed to nurturing young talent. The Centre understands the importance of developing the skills of the next generation of technology leaders. To achieve this, NAB has partnered with various universities and Passerelles numériques Vietnam, offering 120 recent graduates the opportunity to enter the IT sector. Practical experiences, real-world exposure to industry advancements, and hands-on engagement with modern technology are at the core of this initiative.

Furthermore, NAB Innovation Centre Vietnam is dedicated to enhancing professionalism within the banking industry. Over 100 Vietnamese staff have already attained the Career Qualified in Banking certification through the Career Qualified in Banking (CQiB) program accredited by FINSIA, with a goal of enrolling all permanent colleagues in Vietnam in this program by 2026.
