Natalie is an experienced senior leader with extensive international experience, global connections, and relationships in the business and not-for-profit sectors.

A qualified lawyer and governance specialist, Natalie started her career in Australian corporate law firms before moving into senior executive management roles in the property and advisory sector. Natalie made her mark as a trusted leader in the industry, developing a reputation for her ability to build long-lasting relationships, providing strategic advice to boards and executives and driving great cultures.

Natalie currently runs her own Management Consulting company, Ascending Strategies, which provides governance and strategic advice. She has a passion for working with organisations big and small to help them with strategic planning, connecting and growing to reach their potential and is known for her enthusiasm, energy and integrity. In addition, she also provides strategy and governance support to management and the international board of directors of the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation.

Natalie is based in Hanoi but spends her time between both Vietnam and Australia working with clients. Recent work has involved supporting Australian and Vietnamese clients in the fintech, property and agricultural industries with international expansion planning and partnering with other key groups to develop these plans. Natalie is also a graduate and international member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
