Glinteco is a software development company based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We build web and mobile products, design UI/UX, and develop AI automations for startups and SMEs in Australia, the US, and Europe.

Our goal is simple: to be a responsible technology partner for Australian businesses. To us, responsible means three things.

Responsible to our clients. We communicate clearly and proactively, overlap with AEST working hours, give honest estimates, and flag risks early rather than hide them. We treat our clients' IP, data, and budgets as if they were our own.

Responsible to our people. We invest in the growth of our engineers, designers, and analysts, building long-term careers in Vietnam's technology sector rather than treating talent as a commodity.

Responsible to the Australia-Vietnam relationship. Our founder, Joe Hoa, is a UNSW alumnus with 14 years in the IT industry. We see every project as a chance to strengthen trust between the two business communities, and we joined AusCham to learn from and contribute to that community.

We are already putting this into practice in the region. We are currently working with Western Sydney Piano School and HolisticVN, a Vietnamese-led NDIS and aged care provider in Sydney, and partnering with Alchemy, a bespoke home builder in Auckland, New Zealand. Our flagship product work includes ParrotEdu, an AI-powered English learning platform taken from zero to launch in 16 weeks, now used by more than 2,000 students across 30+ schools.
