VSIP JV is a joint venture between Becamex IDC Corporation (Viet Nam) and a Singaporean consortium led by Sembcorp Development.

Over 26 years of development, VSIP has become the leading developer of integrated township & industrial park in Vietnam. We have operated 12 projects across the country with more than 10,000 ha of total land fund at Binh Duong, Can Tho, Bac Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Nghe An, Quang Ngai, Quang Trị and Binh Dinh. Our business brings in new urban solutions such as international master planning, sustainable infrastructure and attracting foreign investors with higher value-added manufacturing. To date, the VSIP has attracted 880 customers from 30 economies with more than US$17 billion of investments while creating about 295,000 jobs.
