The Grand Ho Tram Strip
About
Just around two hour drive from Vietnam’s largest city, Ho Chi Minh City, The Grand Ho Tram Strip complex is spread across more than 164 hectares of land along 2.2 kilometres of pristine beach in Ho Tram.
Since its inception in 2013, this complex boasts of 1,100 rooms with world-class entertainment facilities. Guests at The Grand Ho Tram Strip will be accorded access to an array of facilities including a state-of-the-art convention centre space with the capacity to serve up to 1,100 guests, expansive swimming pools, 15 restaurants and bars, casino, world-awarded spas, shopping arcade, fitness centres, miniature golf, cinema, game zone, karaoke rooms, outdoor park, and a wide variety of beach-front recreation activities.
Under a franchisee agreement with IHG® (InterContinental Hotels Group), one of the world’s leading hotel companies, the flagship tower was rebranded into InterContinental® Grand Ho Tram in the middle of June 2021, offering 543 luxurious rooms and suites.
The second tower- Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach was launched in Q1 2022. This new lifestyle tower consists of 561 well-appointed rooms with inviting space, furnishing and a beach-club styled décor with uninterrupted sea views. Additional facilities include an expansive outdoor park area with extensive activities. A large Kids Club, diverse restaurant & bar offerings, Game Zone, bowling alley, golf simulator, pool tables complement the extended F&B/Entertainment facilities.
Its adjacent golf course, The Bluffs Grand Ho Tram Strip, was designed by Greg Norman and opened in 2014 and has gone on to win countless prestigious awards such as World’s Best New Golf Course and is a multiple winner of Vietnam’s Best Golf Course. The Bluffs was also the first course in Vietnam to ever make Golf Digest’s Top 100 list for courses around the world for 6 consecutive years and hosted the successful Ho Tram Open which was awarded Asian Tour Event of The Year.
Residential offerings thus far include the luxury Gallery Villas on the Bluffs course (which we plan to continue developing) and the new Ixora by Fusion construction next to the Holiday Inn which will include 3 & 4 bedroom pool villas and condotel apartments for sale.
