Anthony Austin Jolly was born in Australia and educated in Queensland and Papua New Guinea. He has been involved in the stainless steel industry, with Midway, since 1989 in both Distribution of raw materials and manufacturing.

Since 2000, Mr. Jolly has resided and carried out business in Vietnam building up the 100% FOE business – Midway Metals Co Ltd Vietnam, part of the Midway Metals Group of companies based in Australia with operations in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Vietnam and Holland.

MMVN is a manufacturer of Stainless Steel Marine products, distributed worldwide and regarded as some of the best in the world, by industry authorities. Servicing yacht manufacturers in both production and custom built “Super Yacht”, Midway is at the forefront of proprietary systems that deliver products and services according to ISO 9001 standards (Bureau Veritas)
