About
Alex has worked in Vietnam since 2011 having started his real estate career in the UK in 2003. Throughout this time Alex has worked across all sectors of the commercial real estate industry including sale & acquisition of investment and development opportunities and therefore has impeccable knowledge of property life-cycle from both landlord and occupier perspectives.
Prior to opening Knight Frank office in 2022, Alex was managing director of another global real estate consultant and brokerage in Vietnam and during this time achieved record revenues and profit while funding organic growth ensuring the firm became a top-3 player in each service it offered. Alex also incrementally increased spend on employees, training, marketing etc while also increasing the number of Vietnamese nationals with senior positions at the company.
A broker by background, Crane has worked across project management, valuation and consulting, capital markets and investment property.
