Paul is highly skilled at Digital Transformation and Business Strategy with a particular focus in the area of education and skills development. Paul is the founder and cofounder of a number of companies in Australia and South East Asia all focused on learning and development and in particular, online learning.
Paul is the Director of Strategy and Business Development for Response Group International, Managing Director of Response APAC and the Head Honcho of Optivly (a Response Group company). Optivly is already an award winning company, having won two gold awards at the 2021 LearnX Awards and the business is a leading innovator in the 2D, 3D, xR learning space.
Previously, Paul was the founding CEO of Australis College (formerly Intellitrain Pty Ltd). Australis College initially focused on providing finance, sales, leadership & management training and nationally recognised qualifications. The company is a previous winner of BRW Fastest 100 growing companies in Australia (awarded 2012). Trusted by both the corporate and government sector, we have provided training services to: CBA, GE, NAB, Westpac, Citibank, LJ Hooker, Ray White, Federal Government, NSW Government and QLD Government amongst many others. Transforming in recent years, Australis College now focuses on Community Services training and works closely with companies and not for profits in this industry.
