Long Phan is the Founder & CEO of HALI Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Business, a Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice from Victoria University and a Master in Management from University of Wollongong. Prior to founding HALI Australia, he was an international student in Australia in 2003. He also has 6-year experience as a Co-Founder, Director & Principal Consultant at TTI Migration & Investment Consulting. Long is a Registered Migration Advisor with registration number (MARN) 1677976 and he specialises in Australian Business Visa (subclass 188/888 & 132). Long is also a member of the Migration Institute of Australia (MIA) and a current Justice of The Peace. During his career as a Business Visa Advisor, Long has assisted hundreds of high-profile entrepreneurs & investors in Vietnam to apply for and be successfully granted subclass 188/888 & 132 visas. He is also a regular speaker at seminars relating to Investment and Immigration to Australia, which were attended by representatives of the Australian States & Territories governments such as New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, South Australia, Western Australia and Northern Territory. Witnessed the challenges and difficulties his business clients, overseas students, and Vietnamese community faced when settling into their new life in Australia, Long knows that he would need to do something to make life a bit easier for them. Therefore, he decides to build HALI Australia platform - a first of its kind in Migration Technology (MigraTech). As the CEO of HALI Australia, Long is responsible for the overall strategy of company development, organizational structure, and liaising with key stakeholders. He has strong connections with highly reputable professional partners in many fields such as Colliers International - a leading commercial real estate brokerage professional services; Moelis Australia (MA Financial Group) - an ASX-listed financial services group specialising in asset management, lending, corporate advisory & equities since 2009 and the multi-award winning Prime Value Asset Management firm.
