Sarah has a passion for people, talent strategy and transformation - linking all three together in her career has culminated in her ability to now do what she loves most and what allows her to also make a difference in people's lives (be that individuals or business). She works full-time as a Director of Talent for two sister businesses focused on recruitment within the South East Asian market. Her 20 year career spans all facets of recruitment (agency, internal, RPO, outsourced) as well as holding senior HR positions. Sarah holds a BCA with a major in HRIR and a Graduate Diploma in Psychology with Distinction. In addition she has a Level 1 Certificate in Organisational Coaching from IECL.
