An Australian citizen, I started my career in the culinary side of the business and after honing my skills in Australia then I joined Aman in 2002 where I supported food and beverage operations for Aman in Indonesia at the various Aman resorts until 2008.
I moved to Laos where he was the pre-opening and operational General Manager at Amantaka for 7 years before continuing in Lao not only with the Lao Derm group but also as the pre-opening General Manager of the former Azerai Luang Prabang.
I have vast experience in SE Asia to further enhance the experience and performance at Azerai Can Tho taking over where Nicolas Pillet left off.
