Dr Nigel Finch is an experienced company director and adviser and has assisted listed companies in handling more than AUD$150 million worth of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and capital raising.
He is the founder of Saki Partners, which assists clients with strategy execution and financial performance. Nigel has significant experience working across Asian markets including assisting Australian firms with international expansion and securing offshore partnerships and funding.
He was formerly an Associate Professor in Accounting and Associate Dean at The University of Sydney Business School.
Nigel holds degrees in accounting, business and law as well as a PhD in business law from the University of Sydney. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Fellow of CPA Australia, the Governance Institute of Australia and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
