Independent Consultant to International & Bilingual Education Organizations with a primary focus on Customer Experience & Engagement. Currently consulting to Khai Sang Corporation: Corporate Director of Customer Experience & Engagement & Director of Admissions & Communications. As leader of a Vietnam Student Recruitment Experience Team of International and Bilingual Schools, I have accountability for how we attract and engage with all audiences in Vietnam and globally to highlight the brand’s profiles. As brand custodian I need to ensure that my teams represent who we are, what we do and what makes our brands unique. Global Student Recruitment works across both domestic and international markets, I drive onshore and offshore recruitment by developing strategies, interventions and engagements for priority regions and audiences in-country and internationally. I also manage key channels, Schools, Partners/Sponsors and Agents as well as application administration. The Marketing component supports the growth by generating leads for future pipeline and elevating brand, content and campaign strategies in the Vietnam market as well as support the brand globally. Supporting teams in Digital & Customer Experience and striving to create the best digital ecosystem and experience for all prospective audiences making the international schools that I support, the place of choice for lifelong learners. Previous roles in Vietnam include, Director of Admissions ISHCMC & ISHCMC AA (20 years ) ;Full time Consultant - RMIT University (18 months) ; AIS & Tesla ( 1 year ) Manager of BIS Early Childhood Center (2 years ) ; NGO Project Lead at the Center for Malnutrition HCMC (2.5 years ). In Australia, my role was in child development, behavior management and grief and trauma counselling in a special education unit based in a Queensland primary school (15 years).
