Vietnam Business Forum - Your comments on Visa/ Work-permit/ Foreign labor management by COB 25th November 2022

Globalization and international integration is an inevitable trend which has received strong support from the Vietnamese Government. The Government issued resolution 105 with the purpose of creating favorable conditions for enterprises doing business in Vietnam and which inevitably need foreign nationals’ expertise. In parallel, to overcome the global pandemic and related impacts, stricter regulations on immigration had been implemented but some of them have continued to be enforced after the reopening of the border earlier this year. Furthermore significant changes on the procedures to apply for foreign labor demand and Work-permit for foreigners working in Vietnam have recently been applied at provincial levels.
 
We would like to raise the mentioned challenges to relevant Government agencies for their consideration to remove the barriers for enterprises who employ or assign foreigners in/to Vietnam.
