Ho Chi Minh City, Monday 21 February 2022 - AusCham Head Office was honored to welcome The Australian Ambassador to Vietnam, H.E Robyn Mudie at The Sentry/Sonatus Building on her long overdue visit to the southern capital, Ho Chi Minh City due to COVID-19 related restrictions and lockdowns over the past year.
The Ambassador and Consul General Designate to HCMC, Ms Sarah Hooper were welcomed by AusCham Board of Directors, Jacquie O’Hara and Tom Sullivan, AusCham Executive Director, Simon Fraser and CEO & Co-Founder of the Sentry Connect, Greg Ohan. The official visit was a tour of the building and afternoon tea with Australian businesses and alumni head-quartered in the Sonatus Building to hear first hand how Australians in business were faring and how they saw the future for business in Vietnam relative to the newly launched EEES
