AusCham participated in ASEAN Future Forum 2024

Hanoi, 23 April 2024, AusCham Chairman of Advocacy Committee David Whitehead participated in the Roundtable Discussion during the inaugural session of the ASEAN Future Forum 2024 (AFF 2024) held in Hanoi on April 23. The luncheon brought together ASEAN leaders, including Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, the Lao Prime Minister, and the Secretary of ASEAN, to deliberate on sustainable business initiatives in the digital era.

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone were present and delivered impactful speeches at the ASEAN Future Forum 2024, which centered around the theme "Toward fast and sustainable growth of a people-centered ASEAN Community." The event was further enriched by the attendance of ASEAN Secretary-General Kao Kim Hourn, highlighting the collective commitment to advancing the region's prosperity and unity.
