AusCham Vietnam Supports Vietnam ADR Week 2026
AusCham Vietnam is pleased to share with members the upcoming Vietnam ADR Week 2026 (VAW 2026), taking place from 25–29 May 2026 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City under the theme: “Arbitration & ADR: Embracing New Heights”
Organized by the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC) in collaboration with the Vietnam Lawyers’ Association, Vietnam ADR Week 2026 will bring together representatives from government authorities, arbitration and mediation institutions, legal professionals, businesses, and international partners to discuss the future of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in Vietnam and the region.
As Vietnam continues to strengthen its position as an increasingly attractive destination for international trade and investment, the development of transparent, effective, and internationally aligned dispute resolution mechanisms plays a critical role in supporting sustainable business growth and investor confidence.
AusCham Vietnam is proud to highlight the participation of Ms. Natalie Fairlie, Vice President of AusCham Vietnam, who will join distinguished speakers and industry leaders during the Hanoi session on 27 May 2026.
Ms. Natalie Fairlie will participate in the panel discussion “Enhancing Legal Certainty and Predictability in Vietnam’s Investment and Business Environment”
The discussion will explore key topics including:
- Risks and challenges in Vietnam’s investment environment from foreign investors’ perspectives
- Legal stability, transparency, and predictability
- Recent legal developments impacting businesses and investors
- The role of government policies in strengthening Vietnam’s investment environment
