Bluewise Group - Seminar “Investing in Australian Commercial Real Estate”
On October 20th and 21st, 2023, in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the seminar "Investing in Australian Commercial Real Estate" was successfully organized through the collaborative efforts of various enterprises:
- Colliers: A multinational conglomerate specializing in commercial real estate services.
- Bluewise Group: A company specializing in business investment visa.
- Makinson a’Apice Lawyers: One of the top law firms in Australia.
- Advanced Partners: An accounting firm and reliable tax advisory experts in Australia.
- RAM: A credit and asset fund management business in Australia.
- MSB: A bank specializing in international money transfer.
In Hanoi, the event took the form of one-on-one consultations, where Australian experts directly advised and addressed inquiries from invited entrepreneurs regarding investment in Australian real estate, legal matters, tax policies, and property transactions, as well as business establishment and operation.
In Ho Chi Minh City, the event was conducted in a seminar format, with experts presenting their insights in their respective fields. Mr Harry Bui and Colliers experts from the Asia-Pacific region provided valuable information about the potential commercial real estate market in Australia and exclusive investment opportunities in renowned Australian cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane.
Following Colliers, Mr Tim Story, a lawyer from Makinson a’Apice Lawyers, shared insights into legal issues, risks, and limitations in real estate transactions. He also discussed policies related to foreigners and specific considerations when purchasing real estate in Australia.
Subsequently, Ms Ha Nguyen elaborated on tax implications when buying, selling, and owning real estate in Australia, as well as investment structures for foreign investors in Australian commercial real estate. Ms Nguyen also provided detailed information about individual income tax and business taxes to help entrepreneurs gain a better understanding when considering residency investments in Australia.
The participation of RAM in the seminar contributed to providing entrepreneurs with additional insights into Australia's economic situation. Mr Scott Kelly and Mr Mike Nguyen offered information about economic growth, consumer spending in Australia, and introduced potential investment opportunities in the medical real estate sector.
Finally, Mr Le Thanh Tung, CEO of Bluewise Group, shared insights about investment options under Visa 188/888 and knowledge about business establishment, transfer, and investment in commercial real estate. He also shared success stories from Bluewise's clients.
