Call for Expression of Interest: Assessment Of The Implementation Plan And The Supervision Of The 1Office HR Software Deployment

The University of Sydney Vietnam Institute (SVI) is a multidisciplinary research and engagement hub established as a social enterprise under the laws of Vietnam. It is designed to facilitate and strengthen intellectual and creative exchange between Australian and Vietnamese researchers, academics and the broader community.

Currently, we are in the process of assessing the feasibility of implementing the 1Office HR system. Therefore, we are conducting a wide invitation for expressions of interest to identify a firm to participate in the assessment of the implementation plan and the supervision of the 1Office HR software deployment, to carry out the following tasks:

1. Scope of work: Review of the software governance plan developed by the SVI team and the proposal provided by 1Office.

Currently, SVI has approximately 60 staff and is expected to expand to around 150 staff in the next phase of development. Therefore, the HR management system needs to be reviewed to ensure it can meet future HR management requirements at a larger scale, including supporting HR processes as the organization grows in both size and complexity.

2. Estimated implementation time: 60 days from the date of signing contract.

3. Qualified and experienced companies

To ensure an objective and effective assessment of the solution, participating providers must have practical experience with 1Office, as the project requires in-depth knowledge of this software.

Qualified and experienced companies interested are requested to submit an expression of interest, including:

• A letter of expression of interest confirming willingness to participate in the project, along with a commitment to allocate the necessary resources;

• A copy of the business registration certificate;

• Brief introduction of the organizational structure and key personnel/experts;

• Profiles of the professional qualifications and experience of key personnel or experts involved in HR software implementation, with particular emphasis on experience related to 1Office software

• A list of similar projects in which the company has provided advisory, review, assessment, or supervision services for HR software implementations, 1Office and/or equivalent HR systems, clearly indicating the role, scope of work, and outcomes achieved;

• Copies of contracts for the above-mentioned similar projects (confidential or sensitive information may be redacted where necessary);

• Other supporting documents demonstrating the company’s capability and experience (if any);
