Dear Australian alumni

Aus4Skills invites you to be a presenter at one of the three Alumni Symposiums held in 2023 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Australia-Vietnam diplomatic relations. The overarching theme of the three Symposiums is: “50 stories of Australian alumni contributions to Vietnam”.

The Symposiums will be held in Ho Chi Minh City (Saturday 22 April), Danang (Saturday 17 June) and Hanoi (mid to late September 2023) to showcase the professional and community achievements of Australian alumni in Vietnam and share their expertise with colleagues, friends and the wider community.

All interested alumni are welcome to submit an abstract in English for consideration. The contents of presentations may cover research papers, shared ideas and experiences that can contribute to a dialogue on the topic. Presentations should be a maximum of 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes for Q&A.

Please see detailed information about the requirements for abstracts and presenters here.

Submissions of abstract to present at any of the three Symposiums must be made throughhttps://vietnam.smartygrants.com.au/AustralianAlumniSymposiums2023 by the deadline Tuesday 14 March 2023 (midnight Vietnam time). You will need to create a SmartyGrants account if you do not already have one, but you may start your submission and resume at anytime. You will be sent a confirmation email after you have successfully submitted your abstract.

Economy travel and accommodation will be provided for presenters who reside outside the symposium city.
