The "Digital transformation to improve customer experiences in the F&B industry" is fully sponsored by RMIT Vietnam University. To ensure the best workshop experience and effective interactions among participants, this workshop is only open to a maximum of 30 participants from the F&B industry. This workshop consists of two parts:

PART 1. Full-day workshop

- Saturday, 29 October from 08.30 to 17.00 
- Group discussions and workshop activities to develop an actionable digital transformation plan based on the group's business model
- Lunch and two networking tea breaks
- Guest speakers: 

  1. Lucas Truong (Managing Director, Hospitality Creative Solution)
  2. Chinh Dinh (CIO, ACFC & VFBS)
  3. Duy Dang (Senior Lecturer & "Managing Smart Transformation" Research Cluster Lead, RMIT Vietnam)


PART II. Follow-up meeting

- Post-workshop, One-on-one discussion with the research team from RMIT Vietnam to discuss workshop results, combined with an in-depth interview to fully understand the current digital transformation needs and situation of the business, in order to ensure the practicality of the workshop.  
- The participant/business may flexibly choose the date, time, and location for the one-on-one discussion and interview.

This workshop program focuses on the key concepts and elements of digital transformation in the F&B industry, based on which analysis of the value chain and customer experiences will be carried out, in order to develop a working roadmap for digital transformation implementation which is tailored for the business models. Commercial tools and solutions are not within the scope of the workshop discussions.
