Gender Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace, organized by ICS Center - VietPride main organizer, ECUE - a social enterprise promoting responsible business, AusCham and the Vietnam Corporate Pride Network, to network and discuss how firms and NGOs could corporate to promote gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace and support the local movement.

•    Gender Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace: a snapshot from international experience and Vietnamese context – by Mr. Quang Binh – Director at ECUE.
•    Gender Diversity and Inclusion in Internal policy – by Ms. Ngoc Hang – Director of People, Performance, and Culture at KPMG Vietnam & Cambodia.
•    Gender Diversity and Inclusion in CSR, marketing and communications – by Phi Hung – Marketing Manager at Reckitt Vietnam.
•    Ways forwards - How firms and NGOs could collaborate to promote gender diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Through knowledge sharing from expert presenters and panelists from both the business sector and NGOs, you will have an overview and good practices of Gender Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace under Vietnamese context, as well as bring the opportunities for future corporation. The event is organized together with the VietPride Big Event of LGBTI+ at the opposite location of our event, with many interesting VietPride activities on October 1st, 2022.
