It has come to our attention that there are fraudulent activities circulating, particularly seeking letters of support and/or financial payments to Australian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam (“AusCham Vietnam”) regarding visa support, as well as fake emails and websites impersonating AusCham Vietnam.

We want to emphasize that AusCham Vietnam does NOT engage in any practices involving the collection of personal information, banking details, or money transfers for visa support services.

Please exercise caution and vigilance when participating in online and social media discussions that claim to represent AusCham Vietnam. We advise against providing any personal details, banking information, or engaging in any financial transactions related to visa support purportedly associated with AusCham Vietnam.

It's important to note that AusCham Vietnam does not issue letters of support for visas. Should you require legitimate assistance or information regarding visas or any other matter, please reach out to official channels or government agencies directly, such as the Embassy of Australia in Vietnam or the Ministry of Labor, Invalid and Social Affairs.

If you encounter any suspicious activity or have concerns about the authenticity of any communication claiming to be from AusCham Vietnam, we encourage you to contact us immediately at office@auschamvn.org. Please note that AusCham Vietnam’s exclusive and official domain is http://auschamvn.org. Any other domains claiming to represent AusCham Vietnam are considered phishing attempts and should be reported to the appropriate authorities for necessary action.
