KOTO consists of two branches of operation:
- Foundation: which is the ‘charity’ sector, based around trainees, their education and welfare and donations and sponsor driven funding;
- Enterprise: the ‘business’ sector of our model, a social enterprise designed to raise internal revenue to pay for our overheads and drive funds into the foundation side of the organization.
The Training department at KOTO is responsible for delivering the accredited hospitality training (Box Hill Institute, Melbourne) as well as the KOTO English curriculum and Life skills training. The training department is an integral part of KOTO, ensuring our trainees are job ready and skilled before graduating from the 2-year program.
