KOTO Graduation Ceremony 2023

AusCham Vietnam congratulates KOTO and its graduates, celebrating the incredible achievements of Class 37, Class 38, and HER TURN 6: Women Economic Empowerment Project. 

Ha Noi, Thursday 15 June 2023, KOTO's graduates from Class 37, Class 38, and HER TURN 6: Women Economic Empowerment Project have given their graduated hospitality certificates after 2 years to start making their dreams come true.

KOTO is know for Know One Teach One founded by Australian overseas Vietnamese Jimmy Pham in 1999. KOTO is a Vietnamese social enterprise specializing in providing at-risk and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam an opportunity to undertake a 24-month holistic hospitality training program. KOTO is based in Hanoi and has supported more than 1,000 graduates to end the cycle of poverty and truly empower our trainees to realize their dreams. Graduates are awarded an international vocational certificate by Box Hill Institute (Australia).

KOTO and the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) also jointly implement the Her Turn program - an economic empowerment project for women - providing career support to disadvantaged women. The project has entered its 6th course, and the ceremony on June 15 also recognized the achievements of this project.
