Learning about Vietnam session 2023 - organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province

1. The Department for Local Diplomacy Facilitation - Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to inform you about the program "Learning about Vietnam session 2023", jointly organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province, as follows:

- Time: Friday, April 7th, 2023.

- Location: Bac Ninh province.

- Participants (about 150 guests): (i) Leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; (ii) Diplomatic delegation; (iii) Newly–appointed Ambassadors of Viet Nam; (iv) Representatives of international organizations and foreign business associations in Vietnam; (v) ASEAN Women's Circle of Hanoi; and (vi) Press and media agencies.

- The program “Learning about Vietnam session 2023” is an annual event organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2015 in order to create more favorable conditions for international delegates to: (i) Gain a deeper understanding of Vietnamese people, culture and the value of heritages registered by UNESCO; (ii)  be updated on the socio-economic and external achievements of Vietnam.

2. Considering the significance of the Program, the Department for Local Diplomacy Facilitation - Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to invite the Association to attend the above Program (registration form as attached). Registration form should be sent to us by March 31st, 2023.
