In response to the ongoing complications of the COVID-19 pandemic across Vietnam, the HCMC External Relations Office (HCMC ERO) is preparing lists of foreigners living in HCMC to prioritize vaccines as they become available. AusCham has been asked by the HCMC ERO to prepare lists of all citizens above 18 years of age who would like to be considered for a vaccination as soon as possible.

To support them, the Government issued Resolution 68 on 1st July 2021. Then on 7th July, they issued Decision 23 providing more details and guidance to implement the Resolution.
