Our Mind is driving our body both in movement and chemical composition. If we focus our mind too much on the problem for too long and activate the reptilian brain, causing a fight or flight response, this will affect our physical body and our health. During these challenging times we need to maintain or optimize, our physical health. How can we use our mind to improve our health?

No1 - Focus on putting yourself in the safest position as possible. Our health and safety are number one. Without health we can't take the next step. Make sure your safe.

No2 - Accept the situation, this doesn't mean you agree or like it. If we resist it, we will continue to engage our reptilian brain, fight, or flight, which we don't want.

No3 - Focus your mind on solutions while at the same time, preserving your health. You may have to play a waiting game or there could be some key action steps you can take. We need to focus from our Neo Cortex, our logical, creative brain, in this step Following the above 3 Steps is a great start in managing our mind in difficult times. Life is full of peaks & valleys, we must focus on the peaks and stay safe in the valley’s.
