What Makes an Event Eligible
To qualify for the promotion, events must:
Include a minimum of 8 participants
Be held in a hotel-operated venue with food & beverage provided by the resort
Be governed by a signed Master Agreement with a central billing account
Cover eligible expenses such as venue rental, F&B banquets, accommodations, and hotel-owned A/V (at hotel discretion)
Note: Taxes, service charges, tips, and outsourced services (e.g., external equipment rentals) are not eligible for point accumulation.
