Opening of Australian Alumni Grants Fund Round 4-2021

Are you an Australian alumni with an idea for a project that will support Vietnam’s ongoing development? If so, then we would love to receive your project proposal.

Applications for the latest round of the Australian Alumni Grants Fund are now open. Grants of up to VND 325 million are available to Australian alumni on a competitive basis. Innovative projects that contribute to Vietnam’s development in priority sectors and build strong relationships between Vietnam and Australia are being sought.

Since the Grant Fund’s inception in 2017, more than VND 27.4 billion has been awarded to 362 alumni to implement 143 projects throughout Vietnam. Projects address issues in gender equality, disability, education, agriculture and rural development, governance and economic growth, water and sanitation, climate change, health, regional stability and human rights.
Applications close on Sunday, 16 January 2022 (midnight Vietnam time).
