Panel Discussion - Gender Equality & Diversity

Vietnamese businesses and their international counterparts operating in Vietnam are taking different initiatives and approaches to promote gender equality and diversity. These initiatives may come from the business’s vision and values, ethical imperatives or legal requirements, but they all lead to economic and brand benefits, as numerous studies have shown. However, not all businesses attach importance to promoting gender equality and diversity or have difficulty finding the right way to do it.

In this context, the discussion and sharing about business practices, from where it started, their motivations, barriers, success stories, to different perspectives and approaches to gender, gender equality & diversity, will provide us with deeper insights, more “raw materials”, which will motivate businesses to design their own activities and further advance the gender diversity & equality movement.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, ECUE and VCPN (Vietnam Corporate Pride Network) are holding a high-level Seminar on Gender Diversity & Equality in the Workplace at 8:00 am on March 7, 2023 at Eden Hotel - 38 Bui Thi Xuan, Pham Ngu Lao ward, district 1, HCMC.
