TWO CHAPTERS, ONE INGREDIENT: NORWEGIAN SALMON


Opening Waves of Flavor 2026 buffet series, Chapter One of The Tales of Ingredient set the tone with Norwegian Salmon as the featured ingredient for January. Through three signature expressions: Soy-marinated salmon belly with slow-cooked egg yolk, Dổi leaf–wrapped salmon with ponzu saffron sauce, and Coffee Caviar Tiramisu, the opening chapter celebrated balance, refinement, and a fresh beginning at the table.

Building on this successful start, Chapter Two continues the journey into February, where Norwegian Salmon remains at the heart of the story, now interpreted through the festive spirit of Lunar New Year. From the symbolic Norwegian Salmon Yu Sheng to comforting, elegant Baked Salmon dishes, the experience welcomes the year ahead with wishes of prosperity, harmony, and good fortune, marking two months, one ingredient, and an evolving celebration of flavor at Latest Recipe Saigon.
