In response to the ongoing complications of the COVID-19 pandemic across Vietnam, the HCMC External Relations Office (HCMC ERO) is preparing lists of foreigners living in HCMC to prioritize vaccines as they become available. AusCham has been asked by the HCMC ERO to prepare lists of all citizens above 18 years of age who would like to be considered for a vaccination as soon as possible.

AusCham will assist the HCMC ERO with the gathering of this required information from a national perspective for when the program is rolled out across the country.

If you are an Australian national or a family member of an Australian national and currently living in Vietnam, please follow this LINK to complete the registration form; please note registration will close on Wednesday, 4 August 2021 at 5:00 pm.

Please note, a timeline for vaccinations has not been advised by local authorities, and is subject to further notice. AusCham does not have any vaccines or administer them and this is not part of any other current vaccination program. AusCham will transfer ALL information to the relevant authority only. The personal information you provide will be treated in the most secure manner by AusCham at all times - This information will not be shared or used for any purpose other than the vaccination program. AusCham has no control over the usage of the data once it is shared with the relevant organization, but will emphasize the necessary data protection requirements for sharing of personal data.

Please note that by completing this registration form, you are not guaranteed early access to a vaccination, but it does communicate to the Vietnam authorities that you are willing to be included in a program.

Your participation in this registration is appreciated - Please take the time to spread the word through your own networks as this program is open to ALL Australians in Vietnam.
