VBF Calling for Comments on Amendments of the Land Law

As you might know, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment (MONRE) will be amending the Land Law in the coming time and now is consulting the business community on concerns/ difficulties while implementing the current Land Law.

Should you wish to raise any issues on this topic, please kindly send to the VBF Secretariat (using the enclosed attachment, in both Vietnamese and with rough translation of English) by COB Monday, 28 Mar 2022 for further actions. These comments will also tend to be submitted to the discussion held by IFC, NA Economic Committee, CIEM, and VCCI tentatively by the end of this month.
