The Ministry of Public Security is calling for public comments on the Draft Decree on Personal Data Protection. Given the business interest in the documents, the VBF has asked for public comments on the attached DRAFT documents in Vietnamese and English. The VBF has requested that any comments should be made in Vietnamese with a rough translation to English.
