Welcome New Member: Thuongmai University

HCMC, 5 October 2023 – AusCham is delighted to welcome Thuongmai University as a new Corporate member in 2023/24.

Thuongmai University is one of the most renowned public universities in Vietnam, with a long history and strong reputation of innovation in education policy, internationalisation, and research impact across e-commerce, supply chain management, finance and business. The University has a student-centered learning and teaching environment which enables its domestic and international students to gain a world-recognised education in a range of disciplines. TMU is legally recognised, is fully autonomous, and is 100% accredited across all its degrees by the Ministry of Education & Training (MOET), Vietnam. It offers both undergraduate and post graduate degrees. We are a national leader in commerce, sustainable development, trade and supply chain research and education. Our collective community of 900+ staff delivers global standard teaching to our 19,000+ learners in more than 58 higher education programs. Since 1960, TMU has led world-class high-impact research at national and international level, with R&D projects for ministry, industry and enterprises, which has gained the University a reputation of excellence from within Vietnam’s highest level of government, to global society and business communities.
