Vietnam Business Coalition for Women’s Empowerment (VBCWE)

Established in January 2018 under the Investing in Women initiative funded by the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (Australia), the Vietnam Business Coalition for Women’s Empowerment (VBCWE) is a pioneer and professional organization in connecting leading businesses in Vietnam, supporting and promoting a diverse and inclusive corporate culture with a strong focus on workplace gender equality (WGE) - an important foundation of business sustainability.

VBCWE composes of large influential enterprises in Vietnam, committing to embrace diversity, inclusion and workplace gender equality in their strategy to enhance business efficiency towards a sustainable future, which then inspire other enterprises across the country to join this mission.
